Frank has been the chairman of CEMA Ltd since it was founded in 1987 at Little Tennis Street in Nottingham. From this humble beginning through Franks keen entrepreneurial eye, hard work and determination it has grown into the company we know today.

As well as CEMA expanding over the years Frank has invested his time and money in many other businesses that have complemented and assisted CEMA to the extent now they have all become part of the CEMA Group. This coupled with his keen support of charities like Age concern and Maggie’s Cancer support has only complemented what he has achieved in the business world.

Graeme became Managing Director of CEMA Ltd in January 2019, having joined the business in 2001, as a Project Engineer. He has held various positions within the business, including Project Manager and Operations Director. Graeme is a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a wide knowledge of the electrical and electronic engineering industry, specifically electromechanical process control systems, which spans over 20 years.

After graduating in 1999, Ross joined Merlin Systems Limited, as a Software Engineer. Working through the ranks of Senior Software Engineer, Project Manager and Operations Manager until joining CEMA in 2007. Following the acquisition of Lloyd Morris Electrical and Merlin Systems Limited by CEMA Group in 2008 Ross returned to Merlin Systems Limited, as Software Manager, then becoming Managing Director in 2016 and finally Managing Director of Lloyd Morris Electrical in 2020. Ross has vast knowledge of Systems Integration and Process Control, as well as electrical engineering, financial and commercial skills, obtained throughout his career.

Paul joined Smart Asset Management (SAM) as Commercial Director in 2017 following a career in fleet management. Paul’s experience includes a variety of senior roles including fleet director of British Gas and latterly National Fleet Director of the Automobile Association (AA). Paul holds a well-deserved key role in the company and his commercial business and direct fleet management experience means he is well placed to ensure the customers of SAM get a Telematics solution that really meets the needs of a modern fleet operation.

Colin Became Managing Director of Labtec in 2006. Colin is an experienced managing director with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. Colin is Skilled in Negotiation, Team Building, Management, Account Management, and Leadership. Strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Central Lancashire.

Bob became Managing Director of Viking Pumps Ltd in May 2013. Bob is a highly skilled and experienced Electrical engineer with many years’ experience in Project Management & Senior Project Management roles.

Bob has a wide knowledge of the electrical and Water Utility engineering industry, specifically pumping system electrical, mechanical & process control systems, which spans over 40 years.

Simon career has mainly been in Energy, Communications and IT.

Using his entrepreneurial flare Simon has played a guiding, sometimes leading part in these and other businesses which have gone from strength to strength.

Through his contacts in the business world, he became a great friend of Frank Ciaurro and in 2017 was asked by him to take the helm of CEMA Vending Ltd.

Like Frank, Simon continues to flourish in the business world which coupled with his active charity supporting marathon runs only complements what he has and is achieving in the business world.

Richard Joined CEMA Ltd in 2005 having a well establish career in the transport industry to add a professional haulage and truck mounted HIAB capability into the CEMA Group of companies.

From this time Richard has driven the business forward providing a cost-effective, high-quality road haulage and crane hire service to domestic and commercial clients across all the UK.
