Cema Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Norwich based Lintott Control Systems Limited.
This acquisition expands CEMA’s capabilities & product portfolio to include factory-built packaged Chemical Dosing & Water Quality Management Systems.
Speaking regarding this latest acquisition by CEMA Group, Chairman & Founder, Frank Ciaurro commented; “I take this opportunity to welcome Lintott & its employees to the CEMA Group. Over the last 2 years I have seen Lintott reinvent itself. Integration within CEMA will further strengthen that process & accelerate its potential.”
“The acquisition of Lintott will provide customers with a leading & cost effective ‘one-stop-shop’. I look forward to working with my new & existing colleagues in steering the CEMA Group as it continues to expand its capabilities & strengths in new & existing markets.”
David Owen, who will assume the role of Managing Director for Lintott commented: “Lintott will operate as a subsidiary business of the CEMA Group. We will continue to focus on developing products & services for existing customers whilst seeking expansion into new markets. Our amalgamation with CEMA will build on the foundations & improvements realised since Jamie Thums (Co-Director) & I joined the business & Board of Directors in March 2012.”
“Recognising the issues which faced the business when we arrived, we have worked with the incumbent Team to lead the Company through a customer-centric Change Programme, restoring Lintott to profitability. We will remain deeply passionate about change and improvement, making it easier for customers to do business with us whilst developing new & innovative solutions.”
Under the new arrangement, Lintott’s Board of Directors will comprise David Owen & Jamie Thums, alongside long serving Directors Jeff Cooke & Mark Davy. Also joining the Board will be Frank Ciaurro & CEMA Limited Managing Director, Richard Sharpe.
